the browser doen't kick in when I try to make an attachment to an email how can I fix this?
I have always been able to add attachments to my emails for my business. I called my email carrier, they suggested I try internet explorer and then I was able to add attachments using that browser. Mozilla is not browsing when I need it for adding attachments.

Does this problem affect other sites as well? For example, when you reply here, there is a "Browse" button to attach an image.
If it only affects your mail site, you might try this: when you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.
(1) Bypass Firefox's Cache
Use Ctrl+Shift+r to reload the page fresh from the server.
Alternately, you also can clear Firefox's cache completely using:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Options > Advanced
On the Network mini-tab > Cached Web Content : "Clear Now"
If you have a large hard drive, this might take a few minutes.
(2) Remove the site's cookies (save any pending work first). While viewing a page on the site:
- right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
- Alt+t (open the classic Tools menu) > Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"
Then try reloading the page. Does that help?
You have three extensions in your "More system details" that most posters here want to get rid of: Funmoods, Bablyon, and Yontoo. In order to rule out conflicts affecting your mail site, you can disable those here:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions
You generally need to restart Firefox in order for extensions to be disabled or removed.
