Does Television Fanatic work with Foxfire 7.0???

I simply want to know if Foxfire 7.0 supports the Television Fanatic toolbar??? I can click on "Watch TV" and but I can't watch TV. Can you answer my question??? I am also going to contact TELEVISION FANATIC.

I downloaded the same television fanatic toolbar. it says it's installed but it isn't in my downloads, or programs. Why doesn't it appear?
