Why I cannot access this link now http://timecard.glcs.us:8181/ The support desk asked me to check my proxy, which I did and was fine. He stated that he could not assist any further. Can you please help? I need to enter my work time through this site, very important.

The actual link is

I can access it with Firefox. It comes up as Great Lakes Construction Services – Online Timecard System

It uses a special port - 8181 - and probably either your personal firewall or your ISP or a proxy server is blocking it.
