Pamela, do you mean the "toolbars" at the top of Firefox which contain your bookmarks?

If that is so, it is easy to get them back. Here's how:

First, please check if you can see your Menu bar (it has items like File, Edit etc). If you cannot see your Menu bar, press the Alt key on your keyboard. While keeping it pressed, press the following keys in this order: V T M.

Now, assuming that you can see your Menu bar, to bring your bookmarks toolbar back, you can click on the View menu, then click on Toolbars and then select Bookmarks Toolbar

I do not have the menu bar. I cannot go to view and retrieve the rest of my information.
