My OS that im running when i took the snap shot is WindowsXp.SP3

I'm running a Mac theme.that has no conflict with with Windows. No matter what theme I use problem is still there .I ran Bios scan themes are good even when checked for virus\none found.

.I design GUIse I should know.

If that is happening with both Firefox and IE8 is isn't a Firefox problem. Try reverting to the Default Windows theme and see what happens.

Hello-Edmeister,

The problem is still there no matter if i go default or not .At times both browsers only want to stay online no more than 20 sec. I ran a remote but no go on any info for fix.

Well I have a match and half gal. of gas ,lol but all kidding aside my brain hurts trying too think on what to do to fix this ruddy thing , I love it when she works ,but when she don't she's bad ,real bad.

This issue with "procedure entry point_except_handler4_common" can be caused by a problem with the file c:\windows\system32\dwmapi.dll The file dwmapi.dll is a Vista file and should not be present in Windows XP.
