Calendar & Tasks options in View are grayed out; new profile has no Calendar support

Today, I noticed that I can no longer get to the Calendar & Task Tabs in my TBird 91.9.0 running in Win 11 Insider Beta Channel. In View, both Calendar & Tasks are grayed out (see pic). The Today Pane does display events, but no tasks.

I created a new profile, but things are worse…there are no selections for Calendar or Tasks in View. I followed the instructions about deleting the extensions.installedAddOn… and restarting, but no luck.

Unfortunately, I don't know when it broke. I did install 91.9.0 recently, but I didn't notice if Calendar was working. The Today pane has been working, though.

This is working on my two Win 10 systems, both also at 91.9.0.

I'm pretty technical, so no need to edit.

You have to add a calendar for calendars to be enabled. On the toolbar menu select New > calendar...

Using the same thing I was, just as a saved search instead of a search with the option to save it as a saved search. I still do not see any boxes to select folders. Just lists of folders with a folder icon before them
