Firefox does not render a specific .pdf file correctly, whereas Adobe Reader & Chrome render it just fine.

There are many possible reasons for this, but I don't think you provided enough information for us to help. If you want to file a bug with a demo PDF attached, here's the bug tracking system: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
