switch firefox to dutch

Hello, I always had Firefox in Dutch (Netherlands) but after an update it switched to English. I downloaded the Dutch lanquagepacket, I've set every setting into Dutch but it stays in English. I'm using version 45.0

How can I switch Firefox into Dutch?
