Issues launching a website with firefox as non default browser

When entering the following information into the target field of a shortcut.

The shortcut normally launches the desired page but with windows 10 and firefox this doesn't work. Chrome and IE both work with this command in the target field.

Target field command 1

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" https://support.mozilla.org/

I also tried this command

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" "https://support.mozilla.org/"
