How do you open the downloads that have been saved? I can make it to the download list but it will not let me open any of them.

When I open an email with an attachment, it downloads the attachment and saves it to my downloads. At a later time, I return to the download list and try to open it and it will not allow me to open them. How do I open my saved downloads?

You can open the downloads from the normal Windows Explorer interface. You do not need a browser to do that.

If the Open or Open Containing Folder entry in the right-click context menu of a file in the Download Manager is grayed then that means that the file is no longer in that original download location. It may have been removed by cleanup software or anti-virus software if you haven't deleted the files yourself.
