why is it that when I'm on facebook it ask me everytime if I want to navigate from this paged. Can I fix it. Also why want it open web sites

This issue can be caused by one of the gadgets (Smiley?) on the Facebook page.
You will have to check that out by removing each of them until you find the culprit.
If you added or updated gadgets recently than start with those.
