Resently bought a napster download gift card. Downloaded music from the site but can't find it anywhere in my computer using firefox. Was charged for two downloads. I tried same thing using IE and it worked fine. Help!

Tools > Downloads = are those files showing in the Downloads Window?
If so, right-click the downloaded file and select Open Containing Folder.
Nothing there.
