My download dialogue opens and closes really quickly.
When I go to a site and try to download something. The dialogue opens and then disappears. I don't get a chance to select anything.

Tools > Options >> General - Downloads Show downloads ... = check-marked Close it ... = un-checked
Appreciate the suggestion, but nope, download dialogue still appears then vanishes. Never even gets to the point of the downloads window opening.
