Font in the PDFs looks wrong

Somehow, for some pdf files, the font looks very weird as in the following image. When I open the same website with other browsers like Brave it looks normal. It also becomes normal when I download it and open it with pdf reader. So this is basically a font issue. Any solution?

Your example works for me, it is using the github PDF viewer so it will be affected by extensions.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
