Just got a new computer. Address books are not working (Win11 TBird 78.14.0) I have added multiple addresses and they are not showing up in my personal address books (even though it says they are saved). When I try to add it again it says edit (meaning they are supposedly there somewhere) but the number of addresses shows 0. I manually added an email and they are also no-shows. There are literally 8 addresses from the former computer but the address book doesn't work - because the addresses don't exist in my personal address book. Everything is empty and I'm not sure if the "added addresses" are going elsewhere or what.

You need to tell us more. With a new computer, I'm surprised that you are using a version of Thunderbird that is quite old. That implies you attempted to move the profile from one computer to another. How did you move the profile? Explicit details will help.
