In my plan to update my PC, I accidentally removed my Thunderbird account, when I want to create my email again, I am told that it already exists. Is there a method to log into my old account, on the newly installed Thunderbird? Thanks in advance. Kim

Please be more specific about what exactly you did.

Maybe. Do you have a recent backup of your Thunderbird profile?

Open your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.
