all of a sudden. IF i click on a video it jumps down creates a blank space above it where it would normality play and I here the same video playing at the same time as the one that i can see below the space

Youtube has not used the Flash Player Plugin from Adobe since mid 2016 or was it mid 2015.

Youtube use a HTML5 player on site https://www.youtube.com/html5/

What could be a possible cause is one or more of the Extensions you have installed in Firefox according to you Systems Details by your post.

Try disabling one at a time to see if either is the culprit.

flash? Its a all of sudden thing, loads video freezes I reload it drops down and leaves blank space above it

Flash is a plugin. So did you uninstall and reinstall the flash again?

yes i uninstalled some html thing and it works fine now. thanks
