I am trying to make custom notification sound when new email arrive but only way is to make custom sound that goes to all accounts

i want to make sounds different for each mail account i have in Thunderbird

Have a look at the ToneQuilla add-on. It allows you to select an audio file dependent on sender, using a filter, so making a different noise per account should be trivial.

The amo page says it works up to TB24. I'd be surprised if it doesn't work with the current version of Thunderbird.
