All Aol emails bounce back. any suggestions?

All AOL emails bounce back. I recently installed Windows 10, but no other mails have problems. Could be just a coincidence? My ISP says its a Mozilla software problem. Example of messages coming back is as follows: Help please! Reporting-MTA: dns;mail.beaminginternet.co.uk Received-From-MTA: dns;[192.168.1.100] Arrival-Date: Wed, 22 Jun 2016 19:35:02 +0100

Open the config editor. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button > Options > Advanced > General tab > Config Editor.

Enter "mail.strictly_mime" (without the quote marks) into the search bar. Double click the pref "mail.strictly_mime", so that it's value changes from 'false' to 'true'.
