This morning, I received a new update from Adobe Flash Player. There is an item, namely McAfee, that is crossed (always).

I don't want to have this crossed item McAfee, because I already have an other Internet Security Scanner, and I don't want to use 2 scanners, of course.

How to arrange that Adobe Flash Player, in futur, don't send me anymore updates with crossed item for McAfee ?

Thanks for support in advance.

If you are downloading Flash from Adobe's website, make sure you uncheck the "Include McAfee" box. If you are just using Flash's internal updater, that shouldn't happen.

Users with Adblock Plus have reported recently that the section of the page where you can uncheck the McAfee option is hidden by Adblock Plus. Is that the site being sneaky, or... just a glitch?

Flash player for Windows (plugin based) at https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html does not come with McAfee,

That cross McAfee Security Scan is staying ON always after controlling f.i. configuration screen. It has to be DELETED this cross. Why is this not possible anymore. What to do receive further updates from Adobe Flash Player without cross McAfee ?

Many thanks for definitive solution !!!
