Firefox (35.0.1) has been using up my i7 CPU resources like crazy lately, slowing down page loading, scrolling, etc. I'm running windows 8.1. When I went to Task Manager to see what was causing the slowdown, Firefox was taking up 44.8% of my CPU, and I noticed that there are two instances of Adobe Flash active simultaneously when I am on fairly image/video heavy pages like Salon.com. These two were taking up about 5-10% of CPU. Then came Plug in Container for Firefox which was taking up 2.4%. Is this normal?
