How can I get Firefox to allow downloads from MyPlayCity

I get so far into the download, then get a message saying firewall or antivirus is stopping download. Had computer checked at repair shop, and it worked on their system. I have Avast antivirus and turned this off and tried to download, but same problem. It just seems Firefox is causing the problem. Any advice please?

Hi, I understand that downloads will not download when you troubleshoot the firewall and antivirus in Firefox. http://mzl.la/1xKrBcf

Each time you make a change, please restart the computer. I hope this helps.
