I cannot get Firefox out of safe mode.
Running Windows Vista and latest Firefox. Unable to get out of safe mode. I have restarted several time but still does not work.

What do you mean with not getting out of Safe mode?
Do you get the Safe mode startup window with the Reset button?
If you do not keep changes after a restart then see:

Thank you for your reply to my question. I did not ask the question properly. I meant to say "safe reading mode". I found out it has to do with Foxit pdf reader. I was able to fix.
