since updating to vn 7.0, my cursor is not active on the top several lines of a webpage. Microsoft quotes compaibility issues, help please
An example, at the top of this page, the cursor isn't active over the sign-out, inbox etc at the top line. Same on all web pages

No idea, I don't install third party toolbars, I consider them all to be bad, or at least under suspicion.
