Firefox told me that I was unprotected and suggested I download and install your antivirus software..which I was trying to do!When it said I needed an "activation key" I said 'ok' but when it was loading I went and had TWO cigarettes and it STILL wasn't done and now it keeps interrupting my viewing of sites with a "you're unprotected!!" message but it doesn't seem worth trying to get the antivirus program loaded if it's going to take "forever and a day" to load it!!Up until now I've been very happy with Firefox...now you have me wondering about this whole mess! Please fix this!!

No such thing as Firefox antivirus program. You have malware of some sort. You should get yourself an anti-virus program if you haven't got one already. For a start you could download and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and one or more of the respectable free online anti-virus scanners such as Trend-Micro, Norton, Panda etc.

I've got in early but you will get plenty of suggestions.
