Sync Issues with New iPhone
Hi all,
A few weeks back my iPhone stopped working and Apple sent me a new one, and since that time Sync has not worked properly on the new device. I'm still able to send tabs from one device to another, but I'm not able to see recent bookmarks, history, or open tabs.
Things I've tried: - hard restart on the phone - reinstalling the iOS app - signing out and then back into Firefox on the device - disconnecting the device from the "Manage Account" page in my browser, then syncing again using the QR code
Another note: when on the Manage Account page, the status of my phone is always Last Seen whenever I first log back in on the device, but no activity after that.
Not really sure what to try next... Is it still trying to sync with Firefox on my old device of the same name for some reason? Might renaming my current device help? Any help would be great!

Hi, Open the Firefox in Desktop and SYNC and see the last sync status. Check for the error while syncing
* Type "about:sync-log"
There's an error log from yesterday, but nothing from today and I've synced the phone multiple times.
Edit: Is it normal for my device list to contain my iPhone along with "web session, firefox ios 26"?

Yes, It shows your current web session. Don't use the QR code to SignIn, try via email id.
Unfortunately that hasn't solved the problem either
Please file a bug complain. We can solve the issue asap.
