A phishing pop-up appeared when I tried to download the new firefox.
It's telling me my computer has a virus so, give my password and call this number they are pretending is Windows Support. Is there even a new firefox?

Thanks for reporting a fake update. Please see the article I found a fake Firefox update.
To close this page >> Open Task Manager >> Force-kill firefox.exe processes.
Only download Firefox from: https://firefox.com

Oh, wow, I guess I did save that file and I found it in my downloads. I wish I could include a screenshot of that item here because it looks so legit. Sometimes I get too much in a hurry. Thank God I didn't open it.
