I am not certain that you are able to view this screenshot. I am a very LARGE novice at this type of thing. If you cannot view it, please reply and try to explain what I've done wrong, and how to place the screenshot into the details box, so that you are able to view it. Thanks very much.

hi, maybe the following addon can help you repopulate the bookmarks' favicons: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/faviconreloader/

Hi Philipp, Thanks so much for your suggestion and your quick reply. The link looks promising, and I have a good feeling about it, if nothing else, at the least, leading me in the right direction.

I am indeed grateful for the advice. It is appreciated.

Have yourself a great week-end. If perhaps, we should talk again, I look forward to it.

Best regards,

Tom; aka kleinscmidt

Hi again, Philipp, Apologies for the loong delay in answering your post. I loaded the "favicon reloader" app, and just for giggles, gave it a try. THAT'S ALL I was able to do...was try. This app is sooo complicated that I couldn't even begin to understand how it works, nor did I manage to get ONE SINGLE favicon reloaded back into my bookmarks. I'm afraid that much further help for me is going to be needed before I can get my favicon bookmarks back again.

Any further explanations and assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards, Tom aka kleinscmidt aka EriktheRed
