I have a contact distribution list created. It has its own distribution name. I would like to highlight that list and copy it to an excel sheet so I can used that as a basis for adding other info. Any help would be welcomed.

Get yourself the MoreFunctionsForAddressBook add-on and you'll be able to select and export your Mailing List to a CSV file.
