I accidentally set a default to download and save all pdf files without asking me. How can I change it back to prompt me with open/save every time?

When clicking on a file, Firefox used to prompt to 'save file' or 'open with'. I accidentally set it always save the file and now every time I try to open a PDF or word file in my browser, it downloads the file. I cannot figure out how to change it back to prompt me to open with.
