every time i try to down load anything. it says connecting and then i get a error box that says we could not connect at this time try again in a few mins. but when i try again all i get is the same error box again. and i have tried it 2 days in a row at different times but all i get is the error box. lance tracy

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
