I tried to find my thunderbird profile without success so i tried troubleshooting mode within thunderbird email. But i cannot get out of this mode (if I am still in it?). I have now lost all my email folders and am now presented with a thunderbird panel assuming that I am a new user. I entered my email address and am now receiving new mail. How can I recover my existing folders? Please help an older computer user who is not not up to speed with thunderbird technicalities. Thank you
