Mozilla has stopped recieving my email, but will send email out. I have included the first part of the error log.

I am running version 45.7.0 Around Jan 26th I started getting the following msgs, I am able to send email, but I can not receive email. I contacted Comcast my email provider and they say it is a Mozilla problem.

Here is part of the error log: Could not read chrome manifest 'file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Thunderbird/chrome.manifest'. Could not read chrome manifest 'jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Thunderbird/extensions While creating services from category 'profile-after-change', could not create service for entry 'Sapi Speech Synth', contract ID '@mozilla.org/synthsapi;1'/%7B972ce4c6-7e08-4474-a285-3208198ce6fd%7D.xpi!/chrome.manifest'.

This did not resolve the problem. I have contacted my provider and they will be getting back with me.
