Bookmarks not importing properly from Chrome

more options

I imported bookmarks from Chrome. But I can't set them up in a Bookmarks toolbar the way I did in Chrome. (I thought Firefox would duplicate the setup I had in Chrome.) The Google Chrome icon in the bookmarks bar reveals some but not all of what was imported. I can't find the rest. How can I get Firefox to duplicate the bookmarks toolbar I had in Chrome, and how can I find all of what I imported?

I haven't personally tried importing from Google Chrome to Firefox.

If you open the Library dialog (Ctrl+Shift+b), you will notice in the left side that there are three separate "containers": Bookmarks Toolbar, Bookmarks Menu, and Unsorted Bookmarks. Firefox doesn't automatically split out your imported bookmarks. You can drag and copy (or cut and paste) between the sections to get everything where you want it.

If the import from Chrome was not complete, you might need to go through a fresh export/import cycle.

Any luck?
