I have contacted you repeatedly over the last 10 months, to no avail. I now have no desktop, laptop and my android was hacked. Apparently my yahoo account and is under persona.

How does this situation relate to Firefox support? hoping not to sound callous, but there isn't much that we can do for you Installation of a "remote-access" hack isn't related to Firefox, that stuff is installed in a device's operating system.

As far as your mention of Persona goes, did you try to change your Persona system password as soon as you realized what was happening?
