.SWF widget not showing in Firefox?
Hello, I run a website and having an issue with a widget that I purchased. The widget works in IE, Chrome but does not show in Firefox. I am trying to run a widget that uses .swf url and have read many issues with the .swf files in firefox. I have tried to handle this with swfobject and tried for a couple of days to figure out what coding needs to be added to support firefox but can not figure it out. Please help!
The coding of the object is defined below:
<object width="172" height="163">
<param name="movie" value="http://cdn.onlinecountdowns.com/w/_005.swf"/> <param name="flashvars" value="eid=98619"/> <param name="wmode" value="transparent"/> <param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" /> <embed src="http://cdn.onlinecountdowns.com/w/_005.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowScriptAccess="always" width="172" height="163" flashvars="eid=98619" wmode="transparent"/> </embed>
</object>

Hi jayhorne3, Please post your question to stackoverflow.com or the developer of the widget. They will know best how to make the widget compatible with Firefox. Our web compatibility team is a great resource as well at http://webcompat.com
I hope this helps.
The widget works for me.
