I sent a screen shot of firefox as a response to yesterdays email through gmail. I have not received a response back yet. My screen still looks like the old version. I have none of the new attributes for being on the most current version of firefox.

Also, as I was trying to resolve my issue with not being able to open the itunes store I noticed that my firewall is not allowing the following: Plugin Container for Firefox. Should this be allowed?

Also, I am not able to download the itunes software through Firefox. I have to use either Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Why would this be happening?

Please help. I'm not sure what is going on.
