How can I recover emails that I accidentally deleted forever?

I JUST accidentally deleted my inbox. I believe "delete forever". But I do not see these items in trash or in "all messages". My inbox is empty. Is there any way to recover these emails? I just did this about 3 minutes ago.

Hi, You should have those emails in trash. If they are not there then it is not possible to get them back.
