I have some pinned tabs that I'm happy with, but I don't want a home page or any other form of extra tab to open every time I start Firefox. I just want the pinned tabs and nothing else. I keep having to close the tab that it pops up upon start.

That is not possible. Firefox will always open at least one normal tab, but should select a pinned tab if you close Firefox with one selected.

Instead of Home page, change it to blank page

In my experience, that still opens a new tab, just a blank one. I want no tab to open with my pinned tabs.
