• Make sure that "Bookmarks Toolbar" is selected to appear as mentioned in the "How do I show and hide the different toolbars?" section of the above article#1.
• Make sure that "Bookmark Toolbar items" button is placed on the "Bookmarks Toolbar" as mentioned in the "How do I customize or rearrange toolbar items?" section of the above article#1.
• The different toolbar items are shown in article#2.

Check and tell if its working.

I had already tried these, but I tried again and still can't see the bookmarks listed on a separate line any other suggestions?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

It's fixed now. Went into safe mode and reset everything. Thanks for the help
