I have an email address with Thunderbird from years ago I'd like to access to be able to recover another old website account. I can't find any customer service emails for Mozilla or anything. Just want to know if it's possible. I know the email address but not sure about the password.

If the Thunderbird profile is still on your hard disk, simply installing Thunderbird will find it. But there's no off your device storage of anything, so anything you recover will have been sitting on your computer all that time..
