This issue sounds very strange. Can you please link to your website so I can see if it happens for me and if I can find out whats causing it.

I have just tested your website and it worked for me fine, the issue could be caused by an out of date browser, buggy addons or misconfigured settings. To see if it is any of these please go to about:profiles, make a new profile and launch that profile in a new browser windows. This will reset any setting changed and uninstall all addons. If this fixed the issue go back to about:profiles and set the new profile as default if it did not fix it just relaunch the browser and your old profile will be restored.

so i went to the help tab and ' restarted without add ons ' ... that didn't help ... where is the ' about profiles ' option?

Open the URL bar and type about:profiles then click create new profile click continue then it will ask you for a name call it test after the profile is made find the profile named test and click launch profile in new browser. All addons and site data will be deleted.
