Cannot access My Yahoo in Firefox

All of a sudden I cannot access the www.my.yahoo.com page in Firefox. I can only access it if I go through Internet Explorer. I get an error message that says: The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. However, my cookie settings have not changed. I cleared the cache and even refreshed Firefox but nothing worked.

Any suggestions?? Thanks!

Hello Michelle, any luck if you clear the cookies also,in case cookies are corrupted ?

  1. Click the menu button New Fx Menu, choose History, and then "Clear Recent History...".
  2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
  3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
  4. From the details list, check Cookies and uncheck everything else.
  5. Now click the "Clear Now" button.

Thank you.
