How can I block my location and remain private? How to delete search enginges?
I got two questions:
1. This person somehow found my history search engines and was able to locate my exact location, and I do not feel safe on how he/she was able to track me. I do not feel comfortable, so I am wondering if there is an option in Firefox that will block he/she from finding my location and my last history searches? If so, please let me know and walk me through the process thoroughly.
2. The first question then leads to the second, which is, how can I clear out my search web address? I tried deleting my cache, cookies, and history (i even restart Firefox and exited out after I cleared everything), but whenever I type in a certain website, it is still there. Why is that, and how can I change that?
Thank you for your time for reading this. Hope to hear back from you.

1. You can't block your location entirely. The IP Address of the connection you're using is visible unless you're using a proxy service. There is no 'real' privacy when using the internet, it's a shared resource.
At a minimum your internet service provider will be aware of where you are connected. And if you are using a WiFi connection (public or private) the owner of that 'hotspot' will know you are connected; and if that 'hotspot' is not secure virtually anyone nearby can know where you are and possibly access your device or 'read' the websites you visit, and you need to be sure that your security settings are set high enough to prevent intrusion when you're using WiFi.
So a lot depends upon how you are connecting to the internet - hard-wired cable, fiber optic, or phone line; or if you're a wireless connection via WiFi. Connections via a cellular network are another story.
2. Clearing all aspects of your Private Data should work. Could it be that what you typed and then what you saw was a saved bookmark being 'suggested' by auto-complete?
