I have not become any part of being a GURU and now at age 87 unable to get into the actions you suggest - I simply do not have the guts to venture into that which I know nest to nothing about. Recently, the Yahoo Toolbar and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause that problem (you appear to have some Yahoo add-ons installed). They seem to overlap invisibly over the top of the web page display. If you have either or both, uninstall or disable them/it, or see if an update is available that solves the problem.

The problem has been solved by following advice to REMOVE ad-ons which were 3-4 Microsoft Tool Bars. Thanks a million !! William e. Baer
