Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

• Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

I did everything that you told me and again the same problem ...

Delete the file downloads.sqlite in the Profile Folder

I deleted downloads.sqlite ... But Still have this problem... Then I deleted My firefox profile folder.... But same problem :(((

Do a clean reinstall.

Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

• Uninstall your current Firefox version.
• Do not remove personal data when you uninstall the current version.

Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by a reinstall, but make sure that you do not select to remove personal data if you uninstall Firefox.

I Did It but Still the same problem.... Then I reinstalled Windows 7 ... And only installed firefox ... Same Problem ...

I found that only first download is not shown in downloads window , if I Start another download without cleaning downloads List It is displayed succesfully .... But When I clear a list first download is not shown aggain ... : ((

You may have security or cleanup software that prevent Firefox from properly accessing the file downloads.sqlite.
Firefox may want to lock that file while the Download Manager is open and if other software prevents that then such an error can occur.

Ok I will investigate this conflict later :..

I am using Avira AntiVir Personal (Free) Edition ...

) It is not solved but I will Try to do some research about this problem leater :)
