You're better off keeping the account IMAP on all devices, but instead of deleting messages on the phone, move them to a folder named e.g. Moved from Inbox, then subscribe to that folder in TB. When you delete the messages in that folder with TB (or the phone), they will be deleted from all devices. Same thing if you do it in reverse, i.e. move a message there from TB so it can later be read on the phone.

It might be technical possible but then you will loose also the feature of sending an email from one device and having it on sent on the other device... This is how IMAP works - what you delete on a device it will be deleted on server and also on any other device connected to that server and the same with what you send...

If you are OK with it mention what account type you have (Gmail/outlook/Icloud) and we might be able to mention you "how to"...
