How do I uninstall the KeeFox password manager ad that pops up when I enter Firefox?
After installing the recent upgrade to the latest Firefox, an annoying pop-up ad for an optional feature, KeeFox password manager, appears when I log in to my Firefox browser. I have used the Trend Micro password manager since it was introduced, and I am very satisfied with the product. The only thing I know about Keefox is that the pop-up for installing/activating this add-on is impossible to uninstall. Is the collective wisdom of the Mozilla forum able to give me a hint as to how to get rid of this unsolicited app? Here is my editorial comment. I use the Trend Micro Password Management system along with Trend Internet security for one simple reason, if I ever need assistance with a Trend Micro product, I can contact the Trend Micro customer center for prompt assistance. The amount that I pay for this assistance is of no consequence as there is no waiting time for a response, and most importantly, I am able to to speak with a live human possessing a pleasant, un-accented speaking voice. Couple this with the 24/7 availability and the quality solutions that are given, it is difficult to find any comparable program.

Thank you for sharing your extension list. I see:
KeeFox 1.6.4
To remove that, you can use the Add-ons page. Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Extensions. Then cast a critical eye over the list on the right side. All Mozilla-installed extensions are hidden from this screen, so it's your choice and your responsibility what is listed here. You can use it, disable, it, or usually Remove it. (If the Remove button is missing, it's in a shared folder and we can help you track it down.)
Often a link will appear above at least one disabled extension to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links as the last step.
Any improvement?
