Can I actually deal with a human directly?
Happy to pay. Screen share would be fine. Preferably in Victoria, Australia.
I tried to fix a problem with sync and Safari (or Apple OS, I'm not sure what was the culprit). The forum responses went over my head. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1060479
I now have 3 computers and my iPhone with different bookmarks and a sync account that went haywire. I was never able to fix it, I just logged out of sync on all browsers.
Is there a human who can TeamViewer(?) with me to fix, update, help sort out the sync issue?? Happy to pay (PayPal, Bank Transfer or mobile pay). Screen share would work fine. Preferably in Victoria, Australia.
I now need to merge the bookmarks I have on all three platform, then edit on one and then sync. I don't know that my sync proliferation issue has dissipated with updates by itself? For awhile there I was trying to edit the unsync'ed bookmarks but they would come back with vengeance (a 45mb bookmarks file).

Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

You are correct to shut down sync when there is a problem. Here is how you can get started;
To open the Bookmarks Manager, press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar, and select Bookmarks. Hot key is <Control>(Mac=<Command>) <Shift> B.
Once the window is open, at the top of the page, press the button labeled Import and Backup. Select Export Bookmarks To HTML, and follow the prompts and save it to a HTML file. Copy the file to another computer. Repeat the instructions above, BUT select Import Bookmarks From HTML,
Doing the above will allow the created HTML to be merged into the second system. Warning: using any other method will overwrite the current bookmarks.
