I'm using Win 7 IE, and Mozilla I do not open any program.. and Firefox opens! I open a Utube and sometimes the video plays. Other times, it doesn't, and I get the 'Firefox needs to install"... I downloaded, 2-3 times, one download downloads & installs, after I uninstall the version I have now. I have to go to Task manager to turn it off. Within 2 min. it's back on. All I've done is to select a text email from my inbox, no video involved. How can I stop Firefox from opening constantly, pop-up, and "must download" after, "program "you cannot open this file without Mozilla Flash Player. It keeps slowing-down reading my mail, Word, WordPerfect....

Will Norton Internet 360 work?

I've run it recently, but found nothing other than cookies.

I had this problem before and after a scan w/ Norton.

Help?

Thanks

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
